Happy spring equinox! 🌷🐣🌿 I just spent four days at Esalen in Big Sur at an herbalism retreat—unplugged from modern life and fully present with the land. Esalen is one of the most magical places I’ve ever been. Some of the most meaningful moments from the trip were sharing herbal tea made from the sacred land, soaking in the hot springs, and making herbal medicine straight from Esalen's gardens. After this retreat, I feel deeply inspired to weave new plant allies into my daily rituals, carrying this wisdom and connection forward.
